STOP PRESS : Our next beginners running 10 week course will start on Tuesday April 7th at 18:30 from outside Catmose Sports centre reception.
Following on from our last course we are currently running a Continuation Group at 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings for those who have attended one of our beginner groups in the past or are of a similar standard (i.e. able to run for 30 mins non stop). The aim of this group is to build on the experience from beginners with the goal of running continuously for 60 mins by the end. We do this by gradually increasing the run time over a number of weeks.
